People use the train to get to work, appointments, school and exams. Adults, students, senior citizens and children use this public transportation. How are people going to be on time for these important events if we get train cancellations and delays as a usual daily occurrence. A daily commuter train should not have any disruptions.

Today (Aug 20) was just one of those days when there was a delay of more than one hour.
