Spring clean your body for a healthier you
FRIED FOOD, spicy food, processed food and much more. You name it and you have it on your list of daily food consumption. It may not be today, but it could be yesterday or tomorrow that you were happily munching on a piece of deep fried chicken, downing all the oil that your body may not need.
Imagine your body working so hard to filter what is good or bad, at the same time, you continue to put in more unwanted food stuff. What will happen to your body eventually? Fatigue, headaches, feeling bloated and skin problems are some of the conditions which may occur due to toxins building up in your body.
If this analogy helps you have a better imagination, try picturing your house filled with dust and dirt which have not been cleaned for years, thus causing discomfort and stale air circulating within the compound. To clear off the dirt and what not, spring cleaning needs to be done. The same goes for your body. So ask yourself, have you done yours today?
We are not talking about sticking a brush into your bowel system to brush off all the toxins but referring to a new solution for those of you who are looking for simple and non-hassle detox programmes. For those of you who are still new to Juvanex, the bottle of detox solution coins a unique combination known as Total-Cleanze™. It is a special formula comprised of soluble and insoluble fibre, probiotics and prebiotics and cleansing herbs such as milk thistle, dandelion and grapeseed is made of 100% natural ingredients. The formulation helps eliminate toxins from the body while providing support for a healthy digestive and liver function.
It may sound all too superficial that the bottle of liquid can help cleanse our body system, but here are experiences shared by two dance instructors who have completed the Juvanex seven-day detox programme. In only seven days, both felt differences in their body and feel a lot more "cleaner" internally.
"We’ve tried many other detox regimes and those were too troublesome. From our past experiences, we used to source for five different types of ingredients just to achieve a detoxifying result. Those things which we drank didn’t taste too good," said Vivian Lea and Emily Tan, both pole dancing instructors for Viva Vertical.
Apart from consuming the Juvanex mixture, both Lea and Tan also went through a suggested diet which complements the seven-day detox programme.

In a way it felt like an incomplete meal, and although it wasn’t as filling as our usual meals, at least we know that we can eat in abundance without fearing that we’re consuming unhealthy food. However, this is only a suggested diet as Juvanex does not require change of diet to achieve detox results," added Lea. "It does feel that my bowel system is working smoother as Juvanex contains high fibre content which is supposed to help you improve digestion and regulate bowel movements," added Tan.
This easy and effective way to remove accumulated toxins also helps improve bowel digestion and elimination. In fact, it also improves skin radiance and the sense of well-being which provides mental clarity. Not only that, the elimination of toxins also helps reduce risks of health problems and diseases such as cancer, reproductive problems, heart disease, asthma and Alzheimer’s and assist in weight loss.
"I’m not encouraging you to depend on Juvanex to lose weight as it is not a slimming product, but I do feel that I’ve lost some weight after going through the suggested diet for a week. So I guess it does help in providing slight weight management," expressed Lea.
Taken twice daily for seven days, it is advisable to be consumed by mixing two scoops of Juvanex with 400ml of water or fresh fruit juice. - Soo Wern Jun
